Yadey Yawand-Wossen is Dynasty Equity’s Head of Business Development.

Prior to Dynasty Equity, Yadey was a Founding Partner and Head of Strategic Partnerships at the Park Group, an investment management firm that advised diverse and female managers. Previously, she has worked at Naya Capital Management, Latimer Light Capital, Asian Century Quest Capital, and CastleRock Management, focused on marketing, business development, and investor services. Prior to these experiences, Yadey worked in Institutional Equity Sales and Trading at DeMatteo Monness, Brown Brothers Harriman, and Lehman Brothers. She is a Board Member of the National Dance Institute, a Mentor for the Dave Goldberg Scholars Program, and a Board Member of the Harlem EatUp! Foundation.

Yadey received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Business Economics and Development Studies from Brown University.
