Kwame Owusu-Kesse is a Senior Advisor at Dynasty Equity.

Kwame is the CEO of Harlem Children’s Zone (“HCZ”), a renowned education and poverty-fighting organization based in New York.

Kwame joined HCZ in 2012 as a Managing Director, was COO from 2014 to 2020, and was named CEO in 2020. Kwame launched HCZ’s transformation into a national organization by spearheading efforts to scale its place-based model to under-resourced communities across the country. Kwame catalyzed HCZ’s national COVID-19 Relief and Recovery Initiative across 7 cities, raising $54M and impacting 250,000 individuals. Prior to joining HCZ, Kwame worked in investment banking at Morgan Stanley.

Kwame received his B.A. in Economics from Harvard College, an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a Master’s in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School.
