Debra Bricker is Dynasty Equity’s Chief Financial Officer. 

Prior to Dynasty Equity, Debra was Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Hunter Point Capital, an independent investment firm that provides capital solutions and strategic support to alternative asset managers. Prior to joining Hunter Point Capital, Debra served as the Global Chief Financial Officer at The Rohatyn Group (“TRG”), a leading emerging markets asset manager. Prior to joining TRG, Debra was the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Tower Three Partners, an operationally focused middle-market private equity firm. Before that, she spent fifteen years at Harvest Partners, a middle-market private equity firm, where she led the finance, operations, compliance, investor relations, human resources, and administrative functions. Debra began her career as an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

Debra earned her B.B.A. in Accounting from Hofstra University and is a New York State Certified Public Accountant.
