Ceci Kurzman is a Senior Advisor at Dynasty Equity.

Ceci is the Founder of Nexus Management Group, Inc. (“NMG”), formerly a talent management firm which evolved into an investment holding company. Ceci currently serves on the Board of Directors of Revlon, where she is a member of the Audit and Compensation Committee, Warner Music Group (NASDAQ: WMG), where she serves on the Compensation and Nomination and Governance Committees, as well as other public and private companies including Man Group (LON: EMG), Hornblower Group, Lanvin Group, Tortoise Media, and Spring Studios.

An accomplished investor and entrepreneur, Ceci achieved numerous business and marketing successes as an executive at Arista Records and Sony Music’s Epic Records, before founding Nexus and managing an impressive roster of superstar artists. Today, Ceci continues to combine her strategic business leadership, with her ability to anticipate trends and drive revenue growth from an investment portfolio of trailblazing companies.

Ceci is a graduate of Harvard College.
